Deposit & Cancellation Policy A deposit is required to secure your appointment and will be applied toward your service total. You’ll receive a confirmation email and text reminder up to 3 days before your scheduled time, sent to the contact information provided at booking. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment may result in a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost. Thank you for understanding and respecting this policy, which allows us to honor everyone’s time and schedule.
